Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responds to a fire on Redwood Avenue

Winnipeg, MB – At 3:26 p.m. on December 23, 2022, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to reports of a fire in a bi-level house in the 200 block of Redwood Avenue.

At the scene, crews saw heavy smoke coming from the house. Firefighters attacked the fire from inside the house and the fire was under control at 4:05 p.m.

Firefighters searched the house to ensure there was no one inside. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
